These Terms govern your access to and use of the Touchline website, demo flows, and related recruiting services. By using the site or asking Touchline to prepare, host, organize, or share recruiting materials, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Touchline on behalf of a club, team, school, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Touchline provides software-supported recruiting presentation tools and related services for clubs and coaches. At this stage of the service, Touchline may also provide hands-on setup, data entry, imports, profile formatting, shortlist preparation, and other operational support.

Certain areas of the site may display sample or demonstration content that is intended to illustrate product capabilities and workflows.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and submit only information you have the right to share. If you provide player, parent, guardian, coach, staff, or team information, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions and authority to provide that information for recruiting-related use.

You must not use Touchline to upload, submit, or distribute unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content, or to violate the privacy or rights of any person.

You understand that recruiting pages, PDFs, exported materials, and related content may reflect information supplied by you or your organization. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy, appropriateness, and shareability of materials before they are distributed.

Touchline does not independently verify every statistic, academic credential, award, contact detail, or recruiting claim included in customer-provided materials.

Touchline is a workflow and presentation service. We do not guarantee player placement, scholarship offers, roster spots, coach responses, commitments, recruiting interest, or any particular athletic or academic outcome.

The Touchline website, branding, design, software, and original site content are owned by Touchline or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content and information you or your organization supply to us, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, format, reproduce, and share that content as needed to provide the service.

Touchline may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, media delivery, scheduling, communications, and related infrastructure. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to the third party's own terms or policies.

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of the site or service at any time. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability, delays, or feature changes.

Touchline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touchline and its affiliates, owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or recruiting outcomes arising out of or related to the use of the site or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the site or service will not exceed the amount paid to Touchline for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fee was paid.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Touchline and its affiliates, owners, operators, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of the content or information you submit, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or service if we believe these Terms have been violated, if information was submitted without authorization, if continued service poses risk, or for other legitimate business or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of the site or service after the updated Terms take effect means the revised Terms will apply going forward.
